We used Urban Reno Projects to finish the common area in the basement. This project including included the addition of a office, as well as updating the plumbing for the washer/dryer, refinishing the stairs, new flooring and drywall for the walls and ceiling. The transformation to the space is amazing and we are very pleased with the finished project. The project was done in the promised 3 weeks and Karan kept me updated throughout the project so there were no surprises at the end. I appreciated his design suggestions, including the window for the office to make the space feel more open and airy. The quality of the work is apparent throughout the space and the design has made it very functional. I would absolutely use Urban RenoProjects in the future and highly recommend them. We hired Urban RenoProjects to update our master bathroom, which was straight out of the 1980s. After doing research and getting quotes, we decided this was the best company for us. Karan gave us a lot of confidence right from the initial meeting that the work would be high-quality and delivered on time. We were very impressed with the whole process.
