I bought my son a beautiful new mobile home in 2021. In only 3 years, there was catastrophic damage to the home. I live 1000 miles away and was very nervous. I am so happy to have found Priority Maintenance. Jeremy was so good. He walked me through the entire process. He took my ideas and offered advice about better ways to do things and save money. Seth and the entire crew were fantastic. They were all very professional, courteous, on time, quick and efficient, and masters of the trade. They rebuilt and restored the home including the bathrooms, kitchen and every room indoors. They did an amazing job of stabilizing and repairing the underside of the house, putting beautiful sustainable skirting around it. The best part is that they added an enclosed porch room. They did all this in less than 2 weeks and at a very good price. Highly recommended!! I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Jeremy, for honesty, integrity, and masterful work.
Jeremy and the Crew did an Amazing job on our tub/shower conversion. They were friendly, fast, and clean. Hired again to replace a crumbling back deck. Once again on time and efficient. Priority Maintenance will be my first choice for projects in the future.
They did a great job on my home and were able to get it done quick and were very accommodating when I wanted to change things up at the last minute! They redid the flooring in my home and the painting. Their crew of guys were also very friendly and polite! Highly recommended. I’m adding before and after pictures to my review so everyone can see how much of an improvement they helped make!
