We purchased from RJ Waschman Homes. Beautiful construction, attention to detail and engineering design that is going to be current several years from now. But what we are most pleased is with the follow up care the Legacy team has provided. They have been extremely responsive to all our requests and have remedied every aspect. We are loving our new home and had a great home building experience from start to finish. Tanner and his team were amazing to work with! They are professional and extremely knowledgeable, but also very personable and fun to work with. I could come to Tanner with a picture or idea and he knew exactly what was needed to accomplish the look. He made all of my ideas come to life and made the best recommendations. He was very accommodating of our schedules and really kept us on track with our selections. He was so patient and great at communicating - always replying with the most thoughtful responses to my questions. If there was ever an issue/backorder, etc with a selection, it was never disappointing because Tanner would help me come up with an even better solution. Best quality home. When I decided to have a house built, I did not need to search for a builder. I knew that Wachman’s was it. They already had a great reputation for building quality homes, and I can certainly add to that reputation. Wachsman has built 2 homes for me over the years. They are absolutely the best to work with and will actually spend time with you getting to know your style. I LOVE my home!!!
We love our RJ Wachsman home built in 2004. The attention to details makes this builder stand apart from many others. I love that all specs of the home were left after purchase. For example, paint colors, appliance information/warranty, etc. Even today, I could, and have called the office for information on our home and received excellent customer service.
RJ Wachsman Homes is an incredible builder and all of them were a true pleasure to work with. They finished building our new custom home in February 2020 on schedule and on budget. They were incredibly responsive and always put my wife's and my needs first.
