Southwestern Remodeling

Southwestern Remodeling installed a backsplash in my kitchen. While there were some communication issues that led to an outcome I wasn’t completely happy with, Wes did fix some of the problems. A big part of the confusion stemmed from the initial sales process. The salesperson was friendly but seemed inexperienced, and a few important details weren’t clearly explained upfront. Ultimately, fully resolving my concerns would have been too complex, and the manager offered a full refund—not because he felt the work was subpar, but because I wasn’t completely satisfied when requested details went unmet. I chose to pay half, and I appreciated their willingness to prioritize customer service and make things right, that effort is what earns this a 4 star review.

Would 10/10 recommend Southwestern Remodeling for anyone looking for help with their next home project. To Kelly, Chad, Tony, Jeremy, Tyler, Hunter and Rick - thank you all for your great work, we love it! They completed the job weeks ahead of schedule and when they said they would do something, they did it. Great communication throughout the project, hats off to you all.

We had our entire living room and kitchen remodeled. Once Chad took over the scheduling, the process was seamless and professional. When we had concerns, they were addressed and remedied. Great company! Since the time of our first project, we have hired Southwestern Remodeling for two additional projects. They replaced our outdoor siding and then later replaced three basement windows. Southwestern Remodeling continues to impress me with their professionalism and communication with the customer. I even tried to hire them to fix a small slippage in the new flooring two years after they installed the flooring, but was told they would get this issue taken care of at no additional cost to me. This company continues to impress me.

We just had a new deck built. And we could not be happier with it. The craftmanship is impressive. The work ethics of the crew, particularly Matt, went far and above. Matt's attention to detail is impeccable. He is nice, informative, and always attentive to questions or concerns. He should be recognized as an invaluable employee who wouldn't want to lose. Never have we had a more efficient and tidy construction crew. And the whole job from tear down to rebuild was only 10 days! We expected longer. A big showout also goes to the electricians, cement crew, painters, and roofers. Everyone worked well together as a team and did a phenomenal job! We very highly recommend! Thank you, Southwestern Remodeling, and everyone involved with our new deck! We can't wait for our kitchen/diningroom remodel in early January.

I can’t say enough about this company and their employees! We just completed our outdoor kitchen with Southwestern. It turned out better than we could have imagined! They started the job and completed it fast and accurately! I love that they employ all their craftsman and there’s no subcontracting on each section of the project except for the electrician and the plumber. That’s how a remodeling company should work IMO. You can’t go wrong with SWR!
