We recently had CJ Construction install shiplap on five walls in our new home. Cody was prompt in responding to my email requesting a quote. We met at the house and he explained everything in detail. He quickly provided an estimate which we were happy with. Work began soon after and was completed ahead of schedule, much faster than expected. Cody and his team did a phenomenal job and the shiplap looks awesome!!! We are very pleased with CJ Construction. Cody is a true professional, very personable, reliable, honest and his communication was excellent. Highly recommend Cody and his team for any remodeling, upgrades and repairs.

They replaced all my old worn/torn metal screens on my back porch and replaced the old slider (see photos before -after). I cannot recommend CJ Construction enough! I had to fly in from across the country at 6 months pregnant to get my rental ready for new tenants, and I had no idea where to start. I needed new floors, repairs for nail pops, and a full paint job. I was overwhelmed, until I found Cody, the owner, through recommendations from multiple neighbors. From the very beginning, Cody went above and beyond. He helped me choose the perfect materials (something that wasn’t even part of his job) and patiently answered every one of my questions along the way. He pulled together his network of contractors (flooring, repairs, and painting) so I had a true one-stop shop. Even better, his pricing wasn’t just competitive. It was significantly better than the other quotes I received for just one portion of the project. When my flooring delivery from Lumber Liquidators was delayed nearly a month, Cody could have easily moved on to other clients. Instead, he worked with his team to keep room in their schedules, jumping into action the moment the materials finally arrived. His dedication to seeing the project through, regardless of the hiccups, gave me so much peace of mind. Even after I had to fly home, Cody stayed in constant communication with me, sending pictures, updates, and timelines so I felt in the loop every step of the way. He truly acted not only as a contractor, but as moral support through the roller coaster of managing a project from 3,000 miles away. Cody transformed our unfinished attic into a spacious bedroom and bathroom and did an amazing job. Throughout the process, he was very responsive and transparent about cost and progress. Once he got things going, he really pushed through to finish in a timely manner, without ever sacrificing quality. We are extremely happy about the finished product. It looks better than we even imagined.
