5-stars is not enough for our assessment of Runion Remodeling. We were able to turn a boxy maze of useless spaces into a sunroom spa with custom windows, marble tile floor, mother of pearl backsplash, popsicle tile shower walls with pebbled floor and 3 niches, a shelving unit, and hidden toilet. We have a real suite--including ceiling to floor cabinets-- which are custom and real wood. And we now have a laundry room/half bath! The improvements weren't just cosmetic. We wanted to upgraded our HVAC ducts, electric, plumbing, crawlspace, insulation, siding, gutters, and subfloor. It was affordable! Every contractor and inspector, everyone who saw this project was impressed with the quality of the work, the thoroughness and the attention to detail. Price was extremely competitive. Communication was great. No surprises. Runion is family oriented and utterly trustworthy--and they listen. These are enthusiastic, talented people, professional, pleasant, knowledgable and creative people--and a pleasure to get to know. Old houses are a can of worms once you start opening up walls, but any hurdle our old house presented these folks helped us turn into structural and aesthetic improvements. Unmatched work ethic, a pleasure to have around and top shelf contractors work for them. You always hear folks complain when they're having work done--we can honestly say it was a pleasure from day one. We enjoyed the process!! I look forward to the next project with them. I needed to have a total interior renovation completed on a beach condo. I live many states away and had to put total trust in my contractor since I would never be on site. Chris came in and assessed the project, made recommendations, and provided very reasonable written project estimates in a timely manner. He was quick to get the demo started and left the site clean at the end of every day. He supplied photos of the progress for me. He modified our plans as needed and even sent videos from supply shops to help me to make selections. He was onsite every day overseeing his crew and subs. He even helped carry my furniture deliveries up the 3 flights of stairs when shippers left boxes outside. His quality of work is superior. The value of the renovation is excellent. The end product is fantastic. I am 100% satisfied. Chis is a true professional, has a trustworthy and professional crew and his easy-going demeanor is engaging. I highly recommend Runion Remodeling and will use them again whenever I can. You should too.

We recently completed an office remodel and had a great experience from start to finish. Even with a slight redesign along the way, the team didn’t miss a beat. From the initial quoting and walkthrough with Hannah to the build phase with Chris and his crew, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. We’re very pleased with the outcome and would absolutely hire them again.

We had Chris and his crew remodel our master bathroom. During the project we ran into some unexpected water damage and rot on the frame and external wall of the bathroom. Chris was very knowledgeable and capable of repairing and giving us a piece of mind that everything was done to the highest standard. He reoriented his crew and ensured the extra two days spend on addressing these issues didn’t affect our timeline. We also ran into problems with a broken tub being shipped to us and once again Chris was able to plan around those delays. Through the whole project he kept frequent communication and status updates. Our new bathroom looks beautiful and we would not hesitate to call Chris for future projects.

Chris Runion and his team at Runion Remodeling are a rare find of experts for all of your remodeling needs! From our first conversation, I knew he was going to be perfect! He was timely, professional, and consistently communicated via text and phone calls! In addition, Chris and his team were very neat in completing our kitchen project. He enjoys solving a problem and getting the job done, all while have a kind and funny personality.
