I hired CDC to renovate my basement based on the positive reviews from previous customers. Dale and his crew did not disappoint. The crew were very polite and respectful. Their professionalism, craftmanship and attention to details exceeded our expectation. They added tremendous value to my property. They did exactly what they promised and more. When every thing was said and done, every guest that saw the basement was impress with how sharp and clean it is. I will do it again with CDC and I highly recommend them for any construction work.

Highly recommend! This company renovated our kitchen and they completed the job within the projected time frame and the cost quoted. Dale listened to everything we wanted and gave us some great suggestions. Every person that we were in contact with was very nice and we never felt like we couldn’t ask questions. Gord was great. He even let our dog out throughout the day for us. They always showed up on the days we were told someone would be here. It was very easy to get through this project. Thank you so much!

We hired Creative Design Contractors based on a friend's recommendation to develop our basement, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. From the outset, communication with Dale and his team was frequent, prompt, and detailed. Dale himself is not only personable but also incredibly professional. His crew mirrored his approach, showing expertise and dedication throughout the project. One of the standout aspects of working with Creative Design Contractors was their creative input. Dale offered numerous design suggestions that significantly enhanced the final look and functionality of our basement. We were particuarily concerned with how one of the ceiling bulkheads might have to block our windows because of a mistakes the original home builder made. Dale and his crew redesigned the area, resolving the issue beyond our expectations. Their creativity extended to many other improvements that transformed the space. Moreover, they identified and rectified a serious plumbing issue left over from the initial construction of our house, ensuring everything was up to standard before proceeding with the basement renovations. Work was completed in a timely manner without compromising on quality. Dale and his team set themselves apart from other contracters with the genuine pride they showed in their work and were as invested as we were in achieving the best possible outcome. This dedication was evident in every detail and interaction. In summary, Creative Design Contractors exceeded our expectations in every aspect of our basement renovation. Their professionalism, creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction make them our top recommendation for anyone considering home improvement projects. We are grateful to have had such a positive experience and are thrilled with our new space thanks to Dale and his exceptional team. I've not worked with a lot of contractors, but have had negative experiences with no-shows, unprofessionalism, and worst of all poor communication/organization. These guys are the real deal.

We had a great experience with this company and highly recommend them. Dale and his crew remodeled our bedroom and installed new carpet on our top level. The job was completed in a timely manner and the communication was great. Dale dropped by often to monitor how things were progressing and responded to calls, texts, and emails almost immediately. The guys in his crew take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. They were very friendly and we have no doubt that we will hire them again for our next project. Thanks guys!
