From start to finish, working on our home renovation with ICON Custom Builders was fabulous. Their quality and commitment to perfection is truly remarkable. They helped our family turn a 100+ year old house into a dream home for us. Jim Matthieu, our contractor, was excellent at managing all the ins and outs of our project and he not only got things done, but he made sure they were done well! He and his team were able to stay within the prediscussed timeline and budget. We are so thankful to ICON and all their team for their incredible talents and hard work. It was truly a 5 Star experience!

We had a fantastic experience with Icon Builders on our 1930s Craftsman remodel, including a kitchen and bath, a study with wall-to-wall built-in bookcases , and a full exterior makeover. Every detail was handled with exceptional care and craftsmanship. Luke, our project manager, was attentive, professional, and excellent at communication from start to finish. He kept everything running smoothly and well coordinated. As well the Icon team and subcontractors were top-notch—skilled, respectful, and clearly proud of their work. After working with ICON over the past year and a half, we have completed a full remodel of our primary bathroom and various updates to our kitchen, dining room, and primary bedroom. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, organized, and genuinely invested in creating inviting and beautiful spaces. The design team did an incredible job helping us balance style and function — every detail feels thoughtful and cohesive. The craftsmanship is top-notch. Communication was always clear and very responsive, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Even when hiccups were encountered, ICON was very quick to call in the right resources to make things right. We’re thrilled with how things turned out and love spending time in our updated spaces.
