We had a basement flood on a Saturday night. We are elderly and couldn’t handle the cleanup so we contacted Baxter. Brandon and another young man (both very nice and efficient) were here within the hour. The process is ongoing, but Baxter has been very helpful and informative along the way. We had a sewage pipe leak and I called Baxter ! They were here in 15 minutes, found a plumber to patch the pipe and immediately began the clean up process. Tyler dealt with our Insurance company and negotiated our claim. Chris and Anthony were extremely helpful and attentive to detail. We have used Baxter for all of our clean up needs and they are consistently professional, helpful and responsive to questions. Their customer service is unmatched!

I am very pleased with the work Baxter Construction did to stop flooding in my basement. Last summer, I found the basement rug soaked and about 2 inches of standing water entering from the northwest corner of the basement. I got remediation plans from 2 Disaster repair companies to prevent this particular flooding. Both of them recommended a French drain. The leaking only occurred in the summer after my neighbor and I irrigated our lawns.
It’s never fun paying for extensive work that won’t provide any noticeable benefit or upgrade to the house, but Tyler Baxter gave me a very reasonable quote and promised to do the work with the least amount of disruption to my yard. They just finished and I couldn’t be happier! I expected a long wide line of mounded dirt that I would have to re-landscape, but they did such a good job that I won’t need to do more than water the yard.
They were recommended by my State Farm insurance agent, so I trusted them to do the job while I was out of town; and they agreed to work with me on the timing of my payment. I just received the completion photo I’m surprised at how carefully they refilled the French drain. I will definitely call Baxter Construction for any type of disaster cleanup in the future. This is a company that can be trusted! The bottom line is that they care about their customers’ satisfaction and do an excellent job. I was also extremely grateful that they gave me options that worked within my budget.
