Gjana Construction

Ben, Vicente and Nikki were absolutely amazing in renovating our basement and bathroom. Ben walked me through the whole process and explained all that I needed to know regarding design, price and timing. We had been burned by a few contractors in the past and what impressed me was that Ben really works to stay within your budget and create something that you will love. Vicente handled the day to day construction and I have to say they were extremely professional. They stayed within working hours and always made sure to leave the place dustless before they left each day. Nikki was great at also walking us through design choices. Coming from a small apartment, we were not really sure how our basement and bathroom should be renovated. She went above and beyond to help us pick tiles, shower doors, and other items and make sure they all a cohesive style. Would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for a renovation job.

Ben and team at Gjana Construction was prompt, professional, and quick on the job. I was really impressed at the quality of their work.. I remodeled my kitchen and converted my old office room into a “relaxation room”. Ben walked me through the whole process and explained all that I needed to know regarding design, price and timing. I also ended putting French sliding doors walking into one of the bedrooms which looks amazing. With al that being said couldn’t be happier with how everything came out!!! Me and my wife both work from home so there’s some challenges that come along with that regarding work noise when attending daily meetings but nonetheless they were very understanding with the whole situation and were very professional about it. Highly recommend to anyone looking to have work done in their home, their workmanship proved they are second to none! Thank you again guys!!!

We had several bids for the complete renovation of our brownstone. Ben really stood out from the competitors with his attention to details, experience, and suggestions, making us confident in him and his team. The cherry on top was the price! We were very happy with the way the job came out, with no surprises(!) along the way, and were really impressed with how the team stayed on schedule. Thank you all once again.
