Johan Marquez is the most knowledgable home renovator/repairman that my wife and I have ever encountered. He has been working on our very old house for the last 15 years. His work ranges from small to large projects. He has solved plumbing problems that no other other plumber was able to solve, be it fixing leaking pipes to reconstructing a waste pipe which required tearing up and cementing our entire basement floor.
He has redesigned our bathroom, rebuilt our backyard deck; he has done electrical rewiring, indoor and outdoor masonry, indoor painting, repairing old windows, installing shelving, and any small job that we could not do ourselves.
And most importantly, he is a consummate artist/craftsman. There is nothing but integrity in his friendly, honest demeanor.
We are blessed to know that we can call Johan Marquez any time we need a home repair or improvement.

Johan has completed several projects for me, both big and small. He comes with great ideas and his work is top notch. Let him design your bathroom (I think that’s his specialty) or a simple drywall repair, you won’t be disappointed. You will not find a more competent contractor out there.
