Premium General Contractors Inc

I am extremely pleased with the construction work completed by Premium General Contracting Inc. Jose and his team did outstanding work installing new flooring, replacing doors, and painting throughout my home. The craftsmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail in every space. Communication was consistent throughout the project, and any questions or changes were handled promptly. Timelines were met, and the work area was kept clean at the end of each day. Jose and his guys were professional, honest, and punctual. I highly recommend this contractor for any home renovation project, and I would absolutely hire them again.

Jose has done work in our daughter’s house as well as ours. He worked on her gutters, kitchen backsplash and storm doors. For me he’s also replaced my storm door as well as some work in my bedroom. He’s patient, explains everything, does exactly what he discusses and is always on time. Professional, Integrity and Friendly. He always cleans up upon completion of his work as if he was never there. Always does an excellent job on every project. Thank God, finally we have someone we can trust and depend on. Our go to guy.

Jose converted our bathroom, bathtub to a walk-in shower, we are very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Premium General Contractors Inc, Jose is meticulously in his craft and highly reliable as a contractor. His pricing is competitive and got the job done on schedule.

Jose was terrific. He was ALWAYS HONEST. ALWAYS RELIABLE. ALWAYS CLEAN. ALWAYS ON TIME. In fact I don’t think he was a minute late one time. He and Javier were super conscientious about being as clean as possible during and after each work day. Construction/renovation is always dusty but they made sure to keep that to a minimum and then were really good about cleaning up after themselves. Jose is that you who us going to tell you the truth about how to do a project and what it will cost. If he can save you money he will be honest about helping you find a way. Jose is super knowledgeable. He’s a talented contractor who is also trained in plumbing and electrical so he knows his way around construction. It was my first time renovating anything and he was a super guide through the process. Jose and his crew turned an old bathroom that was original to the pre-war building, into a gorgeous retreat. It’s my favorite space in the house now. Everything from the quality of the tile to the refinished bathroom door was superb. I watched his crew tile the walls and a neighbor said it was like watching the palace of Versailles get built. Jose returned months later to paint parts of the apartment and his paint crew was amazing as well. I couldn’t recommend him more. I’m really glad I had Jose to lean on during the renovation of the bathroom from hell which is now a paradise.

I recently had concrete work done at my house and reached out to Premium General Contractors for the help. I had work done by Jose and his company previously and was very satisfied with their work. They did an excellent and timely job that was professionally done and the cost of the project was more than reasonable. You won't go wrong with Premium General Contractors.
