Modren Roofing Inc.

I am very satisfied with and highly recommend modern Roofing . I required repairs to my midlife roof. Modern Roofing did an excellent job repairing my roof, without making unnecessary repairs which kept repair costs very reasonable. Their proficient work and repair extended the life of my roof, saving the cost of replacing the roof. Thank you

Excellent Roofing Work – Highly Recommend! The team worked on my uncle’s house and did an amazing job. They were professional, hardworking, and very careful with their work. The roof looks perfect, and everything was completed on time. They kept the area clean and explained everything clearly. My uncle is very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality roofing work. Great service!

Job was to replace two sets of plumbing boot which were already brittle and damaged over time. Work well done! ?? Jagroop was easy to talk with. Came on time as agreed. Original price agreement was all materials included but I decided to purchase some of the parts myself since the old parts installed were made of plastic/rubber. New boots are made of aluminum (base). So after work was done, I asked him how much? He said $50 less since I bought some of the materials myself. Pretty honest and didn’t overcharged me or anything, so I felt good and still paid him the original price which was originally agreed upon. So good business, he’s happy… I’m happy… Good vibes! Will definitely contact him again for future roofing concerns.

We had a great experience with Modern Roofing Inc. They showed up on time and got the job done exactly when they said they would. The crew kept everything clean while they worked and made sure to tidy up before leaving, which we really appreciated. The quality of their work is fantastic — you can really see their craftsmanship in the finished roof. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional, and the service overall was just awesome. Best of all, their pricing was fair and reasonable for the quality they delivered. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy roofing company.
