Chris came to repair my roof. After about two weeks the repair did not hold up and some shingles from one repaired spot must have flew off.After multiple chances and attempts to come and have him warranty his repair he blocked my number and did not come and honor his work.The other spots he repaired did not match at all, and look warped and like they are already peeling up.
From my initial inquiry, all the way to job completion, urbantop was professional, responsive, transparent, and most importantly - not shady. Truly a breath of fresh air. Quality of work was fast, good, no more leaks after suffering leaks for years from a previous bad roofer. They made sure I was happy with the work. High recommend.

Took me a while to write this review as I want to go through the winter and see how my roof holds up. Thanks to Urbantop Roofing they fixed the leak in November last year and we are able to get through winter.My flat roof was poorly done by a roof scammer last year, just within 4 months, water leaked into the house. I told urbantop, they sent chris to come take a look, gave us a couple of options, chris is very kind and knowledgeable, price is straight forward & reasonable. They sent an experience roofer. Just a short inspection he immediately found the problem, he did an excellent job. He is a skilled craftman. If you want your roof done properly without headaches later, call urbantop roofing.
