Absolutely, the highest recommendation for this company !! Garrett Poling from Roofsmith restorations was absolutely incredible! He helped me with a complicated insurance claim for my roof and siding and multiple other problems that happened when a tree fell. My insurance company tried to give me a check for $4000 for everything ! He took me through the process, talked to them, wrote reports and gave estimates for me and I got A whole brand new roof and whole brand new siding and other details basically a new house and the insurance paid for it and I am more than happy with him! Great communication and excellent service stand out
Great company to work with. They fought and fought for a full replacement because American family tried to deny the claim. Ryan Malloy was my project manager and he went above and beyond to keep me informed, constantly updating me on the claims process as well as my spot in line for getting the work done. Responses were fast and professional. The work was done fast and neatly. Absolutely nothing left behind from the job. I even reccomended them to a family friend which they took care of as well! Would definitely use them again.
Roofsmith restoration recently did a window project for us where they replaced 11 windows from the 60s. From sales to service they did a phenomenal job! Everyone was very professional, timely and took great care in what they were doing. I was especially pleased with how clean everything was when they left. The windows look fantastic and function amazingly well. I would definitely recommend Roofsmith for any roofing, gutter or window job needed!
Exercise caution! Shady tactics and faulty installation. We've had an extremely difficult time getting our roof inspected and certified per our contract, despite numerous requests. Timelines have been missed repeatedly and no clear solutions are given. On top of that, we had water damage right after the installation. Been nothing but headaches.
