This is the third roof that Build Pros have done for me and once again I am super happy with the work. We are restoring a historical commercial building in Downtown Albany and this flat roof was particularly tricky. Once again Jeff and Joe were meticulous - building up the low spots for proper water drainage, sealing up the brick along the adjoining walls, wrapping the exhaust vent. There were three rooftop air conditioners which they carefully raised to lay the roofing underneath. Thanks for an excellent job.
