Custom Roofing Consulting and Construction

recently had my roof replaced by Robert Paiz and his team at Custom Roofing Consulting and Construction, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Robert was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to walk me through the condition of my old roof, explain my options clearly, and answer every question I had without rushing the process. It never felt like a sales pitch it felt like honest guidance from someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right. The communication throughout the project was outstanding. Robert kept me updated on scheduling, materials, and timelines, and his team showed up exactly when they said they would. In an industry where delays and lack of communication are common, this level of reliability really stood out. The workmanship was top-tier. The crew was efficient, detail-oriented, and respectful of my property. They took great care to protect landscaping and clean up thoroughly once the job was complete. When they finished, the yard looked just as clean as it did before they started which I really appreciated. Most importantly, the quality of the roof itself is excellent. You can tell the installation was done with precision and pride. It not only looks great but also gives me peace of mind knowing it was installed correctly and built to last. If you’re looking for a roofing company that values integrity, clear communication, quality craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction, I highly recommend Robert Paiz and Custom Roofing Consulting and Construction. They made what could have been a stressful project smooth and seamless from start to finish.

From scheduling the replacement of my roof to completion, this company hit all the high marks. On the day scheduled for work to begin the crew showed up bright and early before 8am. The crew made sure that all debris was cleaned up each day after work was performed. I am very impressed with the final product of my new TPO roof. Great communication and overall workmanship. This company shows integrity.

A friend referred us to Richard Govea at Custom Roofing Consulting and Construction after they did an excellent job on her roof, and I’m so glad she did. My roof was complicated, and I honestly didn’t know where to start, but Richard took all the stress off my shoulders. He called in my insurance claim, was there for the inspection, and worked closely with Robert Sr. to make sure everything was handled the right way. They also replaced my gutters. All of the services were done on time, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed and made me feel truly taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Absolutely a 5-star experience.
