The installation was completed just before a significant snowstorm, providing peace of mind. Throughout the project, Brian and the team demonstrated professionalism and respect for my property, ensuring all debris was removed. When I raised concerns about some shingles not laying flat, they explained that this is common with winter installations and that the adhesive would set properly as temperatures rise. The pricing was very competitive along with a strong warranty.

I had a great experience with Impact Roofing and Renovation! They replaced our roof on a Saturday and quickly discovered significant rotting plywood underneath. Despite this, they worked efficiently and thoroughly to replace the entire roof in a single day. All while handling some interior repairs during the process. Overall, the team did a fantastic job and was very reliable. Highly recommend!
