I recently had my roof replaced by Impact Roofing & Renovations, and the process was smooth from beginning to end. Brian assisted in expediting the HOA approval, which was greatly appreciated. The installation was completed just before a significant snowstorm, providing peace of mind. Throughout the project, Brian and the team demonstrated professionalism and respect for my property, ensuring all debris was removed. When I raised concerns about some shingles not laying flat, they explained that this is common with winter installations and that the adhesive would set properly as temperatures rise. The pricing was very competitive along with a strong warranty.

We had a fantastic experience with Impact Roofing. We needed to replace our 24 year old roof and Impact Roofing had the most competitive price AND offered an amazing warranty on materials and labor. They beat the offers from other companies in our locale (Frederick, MD) and made everything super easy. Mason and crew were friendly, professional and efficient. Everything was done and cleaned up by the end of the day. I’m extra appreciative they came out in January to do it too— thankfully before the snow/ice storm. I highly recommend them!

Shaun, Justin, Kiley and Ingrid were all very responsive, helpful and professional while working with my Insurance through our roof replacement process. The installers used good materials and great craftsmanship. Even after the roof was finished and my bill was paid-in-full, they continued to be helpful with providing documentation required for the sale of our home. Will definitely use them again in Teays Valley, WV.

I had a great experience with Impact Roofing and Renovation! They replaced our roof on a Saturday and quickly discovered significant rotting plywood underneath. Despite this, they worked efficiently and thoroughly to replace the entire roof in a single day. All while handling some interior repairs during the process. Overall, the team did a fantastic job and was very reliable. Highly recommend!
