After a broken pipe last year flooded my rental property, I hired 3 Days Later Roofing + Renovations to completely gut and renovate the interior of my 2-bedroom, 1-bath single-family rental house in Phillipsburg, NJ.
They handled the entire project from start to finish, including installing new cabinets, flooring, countertops, drywall, and electrical. We also converted the old oil-based boiler system to electric baseboard heat as part of the renovation.
As an out-of-state investor, it was important for me to have a contractor I could trust to manage the entire project, and the team at 3 Days Later Roofing + Renovations handled everything from top to bottom. The project was completed professionally, and the communication throughout the process was great.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable contractor for renovation work.

Communication was exceptional - they provided a detailed scope of work and clear timeline, keeping us informed every step of the way. No surprises, just professional service.

The work included:
•    French drain installation
•    Complete exterior painting (brick house painted white)
•    New black shutters
•    New downspouts and gutters
•    Black galvanized front railing
•    Beautiful back patio with metal roofing

Thanks to the French drain installation, we were finally able to redo our basement flooring without worrying about leaks. The exterior transformation is stunning - our white brick with black accents looks absolutely incredible!
