After the last hail storm in June, Alex and Chris stopped by my home to assess my roof for damage. They identified several areas with both wind and hail damage. I contacted my insurance and after I filed a claim, the process was pretty smooth. Alex was the POC and he kept in touch with me through the entire process. The roof looks great and I’m very pleased with the outcome. The only hiccup I had was on the original date the roof was supposed to be done, the laborers decided not to perform the work due to the possibility of rain and they just left. However, it actually turned out to be a perfect day. Nonetheless, we rescheduled for the following week. Great job overall and I highly recommend working with Alex and Chris!

I had a terrible experience with Rock House Roofing after they replaced my roof in April 2020. A persistent leak appeared in September 2024, and while they initially came out to apply a sealer, the issue wasn’t fixed. They then claimed the leak wasn’t covered under warranty and quoted an outrageous $1,000 to replace the vent stack—a part that should have been addressed during the original roof replacement.This feels like an upsell tactic rather than a genuine solution. To make matters worse, I had unresolved issues from 2020, including misplaced 2x4s in my attic, which they promised to fix but never did.
