TRX Roofing & Construction

Great experience with TRX Roofing. They were very responsive, communicated extremely well, answering all my questions and keeping me updated throughout the process. They invited my wife and I to their showroom so we could see the shingle and skylight options up close. Their shop is spotless. A TRX representative showed up when the insurance adjustor inspected the for hail damage, and they communicated with him along the way. When it was time to get the roof installed, they accommodated to our schedule. The crew showed up on time, and behaved very professionally. They took great care to protect our property AND our neighbors' property. They were careful when removing the old roof, and someone was constantly cleaning up the unavoidable mess while the crew installed the new roof. When the work was done, they cleaned up, but then made another trip the next day to clean up even more. I don't know how many times they went over the yard with magnets to pick up nails, but I can say that we didn't find any missed nails when they were finished. Everyone we dealt with was patient, seemed to genuinely care, and were very pleasant to work with. We recommend them highly.

First, Christyan is amazing to work with. From cradle to gravel he was on board. Very knowledgeable, but equally as important was how caring he was. Don’t get this kind of service much these days. I had a couple of Velux skylights installed replacing my originals. What a difference, in looks alone, the flat tinted glass was so much more attractive than the old rounded white glass. You could feel the heat coming in when you walked under the old ones, these new lights (remote control activated even) pull the hot air out and is replaced by a downdraft of cool air. We are saving a lot of $$$ on cooling costs. Screens, solar powered, auto closing in case of rain….i love them. And again, Christyan is great to work with.

Built a house in Dimmitt and TRX did my roof. I might be biased because Taylor is a buddy of mine. He personally has been out there several times up on my roof double triple checking that everything is perfect. We are building in the boonies so that right there will tell you these guys have great quality. The mason guys messed the roof up when they did the chimney and Taylor sent me a video walking through everything that was messed up. The customer is their number one priority. There are two important things when having a home. A good foundation and a good roof. These guys do great work. Keep it up buddy.

Had an amazing roof put on by TRX! The staff and service were outstanding. We appreciate the time they took to make sure all our needs were met and worked around our schedule. Johnny and his crew were a pleasure to work with and took the time to make sure every detail was perfect. They repaired the soffit and trim that was rotting and ruined by squirrels in our shop. Amazing seamless custom gutters were the added cherry to the top. 5 STARS, would recommend them 110%. We even live in Tulia and they took 4 days to travel to us!
