I arranged for a roofing inspection and estimate, but since the homeowner wasn’t available, the inspector set up a follow-up appointment for the following Monday at 9 AM. After waiting until 9:20, I called to check on their arrival.The office staff member who answered was quite curt, claiming no knowledge of the appointment. I suggested it was reasonable to assume the inspector wouldn’t show. She then informed me she had just walked through the door and needed time to look into it. After checking, she said the appointment was actually set for 11 AM, which was not what we agreed upon. Frustrated and already running late for work, I asked her to cancel it, even though we were eager to hear the price. What a waste of time!Fast forward eight days, I received persistent calls from someone at their company. When I answered, the representative identified herself as from Sierra Roofing. I asked if it was an emergency, and she replied, quite absurdly, that it was. Their rep had left his iPad at our home during a visit on November 3rd.I explained that wasn’t possible, as the inspector never arrived at the 9 AM appointment, and I had hung up on the office staff that day because I disagreed with the 11 AM time. The woman insisted the inspector had been there and implied we had the iPad. I suggested she involve the police for a search warrant if they truly believed it was in our possession. When she clarified they were merely asking, I told her I felt accused and hung up.This entire experience has been bizarre and frustrating. I’m relieved we didn’t proceed with their services. I highly recommend being cautious with this company—keep an eye on your property, their property, and don’t hesitate to ask them if they’ve forgotten anything during their visit.

I'm a repeat customer. Sierra Roof is an outstanding company in the field. They provided me an overview of the process and how long it will take. They also work with the city to get a the permit and the set an appointment with the city inspector to look at your roof. This company provided pictures during the project and the final new roof. I'm happy to have gone to them as they are fast. They will tear down the old roof, replace any wood that is needed, and get up the new roof in less than two weeks time. In addition, they made sure they cleaned up any debris from the project. This company does other projects, but I used them primary for roofing. The people who work there are very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.
