After getting a few roof leaks, we made the decision to replace our 21 year old roof. After getting many quotes we decided to go with Neighborhood Roofing mainly for 2 reasons -1. We wanted to have the Owens Corning shingle which offered the 25 year workmanship warranty2. We wanted a reputable installer who would work with us to take our of our driveway and property.While it was the most expensive quote we got, Brian, Tracy and the rest of the team did an outstanding job explaining the installation and making it a breeze to get the new roof installed. Moreover, they guaranteed to take care of the driveway during material drop off and tearaway of old roof that other companies didn't want to vouch for. I'm very satisfied with the communication from the office staff and the support available from the start to the financing piece of the installation as well. I would highly recommend Joys company for any roofing projects that you might have.

Terrific Company. Salesman provided a thorough explanation of all the components that would be required for the job and the various options that were available. The pre-installation visit, 10 days prior to the work, was professional and informative. The installation went smoothly with any additional work required being reported immediately. The crew chief explained how to operate the skylight shade and the entire crew did an excellent cleanup when finished. The follow up check list walk through was also very thorough. I was extremely pleased with the entire process from start to finish working with Neighborhood Roofing. The sales experience with Brian was no pressure, informative, and very helpful. Once I made the decision to go with Neighborhood, the office staff was so responsive to all my needs. They even provided me addresses of homes that had different color shingles so that I could get a sense of what I liked and what would look best on my home. Additionally, when I specifically asked for their opinions based on their years of experience, they readily shared them with me and those suggestions ended up being terrific. Prior to the install, the project manager came to my home to review a checklist of all the things that would occur on roofing day. Exactly as he had described, everything went exactly as he had said. The roofers did an excellent job of covering and protecting all my landscaping and cleaning the job the yard. Upon completion, one would never know anyone had been here, but I had a great looking new roof. I have since referred two different families to this company. The entire experience was really great and I can’t speak highly enough of them.
