Roof Advanced did an outstanding job on our home. They replaced our roof and gutters (including gutter guards) and also cladded all of the wood trim with aluminum. The quality of the work is excellent and the attention to detail really shows.Omar was very hands-on throughout the entire process and made sure everything was done exactly to our liking. He was involved, responsive, and clearly takes pride in his work. The owner himself came to look at and inspect the state of our roof. He examined current state of our roof and took pictures in doing so. He presented his findings on Tablet, swiping photos as he describes his observation. Our chimney needed repairs as well. He described its repair and the expediency they would implement. He offered three repair costs. He described the differences including the type of shingles, lining materials, and warranties that made the difference.The fact that we spoke with and was visited by other roofers, we knew what questions to ask and what to look for. We were comfortable with his answers, with a well presented and described roof work.They sent us photos as the work progressed. The chimney repair work was finished in one day. Shingles was delivered the following day, Friday. Monday, the crew arrived on time; they protected windows with boards; the roof replacement was finished in one day; the surrounding grounds were cleaned.We are happy with the roof replacement. We recommend Roof Advance.
Omar was very thorough with the quoting and planning process. We appreciated that Roof Advance was a one stop shop. In addition to replacing the roof, they replaced rotted trim boards and rebuilt the top of our chimney. The process was smooth and workmanship appears to have been very good. Omar did follow up and replace the siding on one side of our chimney that was damaged during the installation. He found the issue during the post inspection, and initiated it without us having to bring it to his attention. We did have a few minor concerns with communication and cleanup. Otherwise, the roof looks great and was completed on schedule.
After a leak in our dining room ceiling, we quickly realized we needed to completely replace our roof. We received quotes from 4 different companies and we choose Roof Advance for multiple reason:1. Dominic came out and was very professional and polite2. Dominic thoroughly examined the roof in order to provide us multiple options for our project and show us pictures of the potential issues with our old roof (two out of the four vendors that came out to provide quotes didn't even get on the roof. I questioned how you could provide appropriate options without actually examining the roof)3. The price was competitive and the quote was provided in an easy to understand, highly detailed format that made us confident we knew exactly what we were signing up for4. Once we decided to go with Roof Advance, Dominic came back out our house to help us decide on shingle color and walk through the next stepsOnce we signed the quote, Roof Advance continued to impress:1. They were able to schedule us within 10 days because we had an active leak, but even if we hadn't I was told we'd had a new roof in 2-3 weeks which was very reasonable.2. THE ROOFING CREW!! These guys were amazing! They worked for 13-hours in 80+ degree heat. After removing the old roof, they realized we needed to replace 45 sheets of decking (which was not expected) but still were able to get the project done in 1 day. All the guys were very polite and the foreman (Hector) made sure to check in with us before leaving to make sure we didn't have any questions.3. The invoicing and payment process is very easy and can be done online.Highly recommend Roof Advance for any roofing project. Thank you Dominic, Hector, and the entire Roof Advance team!!Note on picture: Ignore the missing siding on the front of the house. That's a completely different project and not representative of Roof Advance. The roof looks great though :)
Jakob understood exactly what I needed with my roof project. The team came in and did a great job with the tear off and install in one day including fixing some hidden damage and installing insulation.Omar came and checked in a couple times during install to make sure everything was smooth and answer any questions. Clean up was good and I feel really good about the roof over my head now!
