Benchmark Roofers was a pleasure to with. We had a leak and needed a new TPO roof for a portion of the roof. They came out and stopped the leak the same day, and we had a more permanent (new roof) on within one week! Can’t recommend highly enough!

I highly recommend Benchmark Roofers. I had four companies come out to perform estimates to replace two roofs, 24 windows, and install new Hardie siding. Of the four, one company insisted over and over that my husband needed to be present. I told them I would not need a price from them. The remaining three companies were all lovely to have out and I asked for competitive proposals. Two of the three indicated that the windows would need to be all black inside and outside, and one company, Benchmark, offered a high quality split finish window - exactly what I wanted. The pricing of the full project was generally less expensive overall due to the window pricing and allowed me to switch from having half the windows replaced to all of them replaced and have the siding all Hardie rather than a mix of Hardie and vinyl. Overall, the pricing came out to be roughly equal to the highest bidder, but I received a gorgeous final product with all the things from my wish list, whereas if I went with one of the other two bidders, I would not have. The PM, Michael, was extremely attentive throughout the process, and accommodated adjustments in scope with grace and warmth. He also noted a few configuration adjustments that would improve aesthetics of my design and we implemented them. The owner, Justin, even came out a few times to check on the project. I received exactly what I wanted, which was more than expected, my home is more lovely than I had hoped, and I was treated with dignity and respect throughout the process. I simply could not be happier with this company and very highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

They re-roofed the house, safely removed and disposed of old asbestos siding, and replaced it with beautiful new siding using CertaPlank reinforced siding.
