I cannot say enough good things about Queen Team Roofing GC in Atlantic City, New Jersey. I had an emergency situation where my roof was leaking due to solar panels. The solar company denied responsibility and told me to call a roofer, and I’m incredibly grateful I called the Queen Team.They came out immediately, assessed the situation, removed the solar panels, completely tore out the old roof, and installed a brand-new roof all in one day. The Queen Team was very professional. From start to finish. Came out next day after I called about my roof. Took time and walked me through the process didn’t rush me. Good price great workers. Steve was here the day my roof was installed answered all my questions. Great clean up. I would recommend the Queen Team to friends and family.
Horrible communication, basically none at all. I started the process for solar panels in August, and Queen Team was only the sales rep, but they completely failed to communicate with me. I sent multiple emails, texts, and calls just to get updates since the online portal stopped showing any information. I was told they had "run into a snag" and would get back to me, but that never happened despite my repeated follow-ups. I eventually contacted the main provider myself and found out the contract had been cancelled in mid-September because the electric grid was closed by the utility company, something Queen Team was supposed to notify me about. I don’t understand why, after asking so many times, no one could simply tell me the project was cancelled instead of wasting my time for two months.
I originally contacted the Queen team for a roof leak. They fixed the leak and walked me through working with my insurance company to replace a wind-damaged roof. They understand the complicated requirements of working with insurance adjusters to maximize the repair. I will recommend them to my friends in the area!
I have been very impressed with the Queen Team from start to finish on my roofing project. Starting with Jalin… he’s been very patient and understanding of my needs. He explained every step to me, found why I had water stains on the interior of my home. Roofing shingles damaged from a storm. I met with the owner Steve as well and I am impressed with his down to earth personality, patience and honesty he brings to his business. My roof was torn off and new roof installed same day! So nice to have the job done in one day!!! The crew was polite and professional. I inspected my property after they left and did not find any debris. They cleaned up and left my home and property better than they found it. I highly tecvoment the Queen Team. You will not regret the decision to go with them!
