I had Southpaw look at our roof after Hurricane Helene. At the time we were just missing a few shingles. I asked if the repair was something I needed to handle right away. They gave me their honest answer, which lead me to holding off on the repair. The decision was simply due to other things going on at the time. About 8 months later I noticed that we started to have water marks on our ceiling. Southpaw came back out to look at the roof. At that time, I decided to have the work completed. They honored the original quote they gave me and even replaced a few shingles that were not damaged/missing during the original inspection. Overall the experience with Southpaw was top notch from the communication, scheduling and service. I highly recommend Southpaw for any roofing needs.
