I first want to start out saying this is not something that I normally do but I feel others should be aware of by this company. I had a complete tare off and new roof project that was handled by insurance. The delays were not exactly the fault of abc however there was many delays and many were because of the disputes with the insurance claims. Eventually project was comleted almost a year later. But the biggest part of the problem came when they could not stop a leak in a skylight on a carport.
After three visits out they basically gave up. I had to make a choice to remove the skylight or live with the leaks. I decided to remove the skylight. For about a year with a solid roof in place all seemed good. This year with some snow and an ice melt (bear in mind I have ice shield installed ?) snow melt comes dripping through the bottom side of the carport roof. After three calls to the office and promises I would be called back I have not heard from abc in over three weeks now. I also paid for the repair to remove the skylight. And they originally billed the insurance company to fix this area. So you decide if you want to go through a scenario like this or stay very far away from this company.

Stay away from ABC and Dean in particular! It's been less than 3 years since roof install and it's been one thing after another. Leaks, ice damns, power vent shaking whole house, blocked roof vents (yes they blocked my roof vents stating that was the cause of power vent shaking house when on), nails on shingle not sealed, missing animal barriers/screens and now dealing with a rodent in my attic, holes and gaps between roof and facia, contract confusion, confused me with another client, unprofessional invoice/contracts.... I mean it's endless. See pictures for yourself.

Everything was installed with expertise and cleaned up after the install. We are very happy with our new roof and our updated skylights!

After a severe hailstorm in our area, so many houses were damaged and we were overwhelmed with companies offering to do our repairs. We met with Justin McCoy from ABC and he was very up front with us about what they offered and what their history was. I checked them out and everything he claimed matched what I was seeing so we worked with them. We had already contacted our insurance and ABC was able to be there the day the adjuster did the inspection. They worked well together and we had our estimate and quote within a few days. The work was done well, on time and as promised. Justin was able to give us a visualization of what the colors would look like on the house. I've attached that image as well. Even with material delays from the high demand in our area, the work was completed quickly. Justin was communicative and delivered on his promises. The crews doing the work were friendly and cleaned up my yard afterward. The work crews also communicated well with me when they needed to do anything they were unclear about. They put my house back together better than it was before the storm. I would definitely recommend ABC.
