I have an old house with old house syndrome. Guillermo and his team were incredibly on it. Between scheduling an initial walkthrough, timeliness, honesty on recommended repairs, and the coordination in scheduling. When it came to the installation day, they were timely, polite, communicative, knowledgeable, and just did a very solid job. It's been a good experience for work that no one wants to spend their money on. I would highly recommend Affordable roofing and am sharing with others in our neighborhood.
Great Customer Service!Years ago, I had a roof repair done by Affordable Roofing and was very happy with the work. Recently, I noticed a small leak coming from the stack pipe boot on the roof and reached out to them again. They responded promptly, and Jose was very knowledgeable—he clearly explained what might be causing the issue.When the repair technician arrived, he was on time and professional. After inspecting the roof, he walked me through what had happened and how he would fix it. He even took the time to show me pictures and the damaged parts he removed, which I appreciated.I'm very happy with Affordable Roofing and the service they've provided over the years. I’ll continue to post updates as time goes by on how the repair holds up.
I had the pleasure of working with Guillermo, Jose and their team to replace broken fascia on the garage of my house. When you're a new homeowner it can be hard to know which companies to trust, especially for "small" jobs that don't involve insurance. I was lucky to work with Affordable roofing. They were communicative, quick and clean. The fascia replacement took only 30 minutes from the time their technician arrived to when they left. Their technician made sure there were no scraps or nails left behind and was sure to get my opinion on their work before leaving. I will keep Affordable housings information for future needs because I trust their workmanship and professionalism.
