After the initial roof inspection, I was supposed to receive a quote within a couple of days, but was completely ignored instead. I contacted them multiple times, and every time I was told that they'd get back to me really soon, which they never did. I'd be ok to get any explanation or excuse of why they can't proceed with the project, but I got nothing. And it's been almost a month. Regardless of the skill, such treatment of a client is unprofessional. Do not recommend.
