The owner, Alex Ruiz, is the type of business owner that I appreciate doing business with. Alex is personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Ruiz Roofing was recommended by a family member after I was dealing with a roof leak in an area where I had the same issue many years ago. I also wanted to get the drainage valley on the top of the roof cleaned up and protected as it was beginning to rust in a few locations. Lastly, the top of the aluminum patio deck was dripping below on rainy days.Alex and three crew members came out and repaired the leak, scraped and cleaned the valley and protected it with rustoleum. The patio deck was also resealed. All this work was completed within 3.5 hours as Alex and team came ready to work. This group of guys were friendly, exhibited work ethic and left the work area as clean as possible, and pricing was fair. I am exceptionally happy with my decision to hire Ruiz Roofing.
