We are incredibly grateful to BSW Roofing for coming out on Christmas Eve to fix a leak in our living room ceiling caused by the heavy rain. They responded quickly, arrived promptly, and got straight to work. The team was efficient, professional, and very polite, which made a stressful situation so much easier especially during the holidays. Jesus and Francisco clearly knew what they were doing and made sure the issue was fully resolved. While fixing the initial leak they spotted a secondary leak, and fixed that as well. We truly appreciate their excellent service and would highly recommend BSW Roofing to anyone in need of fast, reliable roofing repairs.
BSW just completed a full reroof of our triplex and we are very happy with how things went. It was a very old roof with 3 layers and constant leaks. After several quotes from different companies, we went with BSW Roofing, and I'm so glad we did! Our project manager was Travis Watson, and he's amazing to work with - very professional, easy to talk to, fast and efficient. There was a huge storm before the project started and he helped secure the leak to prevent further damage. Every time I had a concern, he'd take care of the issue right away. He updated me daily and sent pictures. As a landlord who lives hours away from Bakersfield, it gave me great comfort knowing the property was in good hands. First of let me say that i didn't get any work done by them and my review is purely based on my one experience with them so to keep this fair please take that into consideration. So recently my in laws had a roof leak and they were desperately looking for someone to repair their roof we had this company come by and check it out and in no time and they figured out the issue which was great but to our surprise they said they couldn't fix the roof because the tiles we had were unfixable once they broke so the whole roof had to be redone and after measuring they came out with a quote of $27,000. my in laws were considering it because they knew the devastating damage water could cause and cost if it's not fixed. The good thing is that i was there and suggested to get a few quotes before pulling the trigger and i was also very skeptical about the reasoning to do the whole roof rather then just repair. to me it sounded pretty absurd and ridiculous however i am not a roofing guy so keep that in mind either way it doesn't take a genius to figure out when someone's pulling your leg. Anyways after they got 2 more quotes the other 2 company's confirmed that the damage could be repaired without replacing the roof. I have no idea if the person who came had no idea how to do the job or was doing shady business practices either way for that reason i will not trust this company and suggest you don't either. They might do good work but to inspect and give a quote please get at least 3 people to quote you. i strongly believe they are doing shady business practices when quoting ill tell you why. if they couldn't do the job or they don't do repair work and they are strictly a whole roof renovating company that's fine they could have said that. Instead they could of suggested to get it repaired by someone else rather then to tell us we had to replace the whole roof they were feeding off of our lack of knowledge and vulnerability to the fear of further damage.

These guys are very professional and took care of my full roof that was in disrepair and had repositioned my AC with there partners in A/C that also did some duct replacements that have made everything in culmination with the roof way more efficient and comfortable. Thank you.
