Home Crafters Roofing & Contracting

Im a woman homeowner in Baltimore City unknowledgeable about gutters, roofing etc. So when I noticed my gutter hanging off my roof I was panicked and stressed out. I ran to the internet to find help. The first company came out and told me I should replace front gutter (no issues) and the damaged back gutters for a couple grand. It was a lot of money and I didn't want to replace both gutters. So I went back to the internet and thankfully I found Homecrafters in Parkville which isn't far from me. The owner George returned my call that night (as promised) and came to do an estimate early Friday in the morning so I could make it to work. He told me my gutter could be repaired for a good price the next day. I go to work and to my surprise he called and said they could repair it now. His employee called, confirmed and sent pix of finished work which i am very happy with. Did what they promised, for the price agreed and quickly. I am so thankful for Homecrafters and will be using them repeatedly.

Home crafters roofing was absolutely amazing to work with. Maryann and George were very helpful through the whole process. They were very reasonable in price, my new roof looks absolutely amazing and it was done before we had to be able to get back into the driveway. I highly recommend them if you need a new roof!

I googled top roofers who were professional, fair pricing and did an excellent job in my area. Three turned up and all 3 came out and provided an estimate. George at Home Crafters beat price, great warranty, good follow up, clear explanation and great dates given I was dealing with a leak during rainy, snowy and windy holiday weather! I love that this is a family owned business and he treated us like family! I highly recommend Home Crafters.

At the beginning of this process I didn't have a clue what to expect. Looking into getting a new roof for my old house was quite terrifying, she's an old gal (just turned 100) with quite a steep pitched roof. Figured i was probably going to have to strong arm someone into replacing it. Within minutes of searching for roofing companies in the area I was absolutely shocked at the amount of reviews home crafters roofing and contracting had. Honestly couldn't believe my eyes at the 3000+ 5 star reviews, no company even came close. Figured no brainer, it's gotta be the 1st company to reach out towards. Filed an inquiry Saturday morning and george was at my house bright and early monday morning to take a look. Within 48 hours after that meeting I had a quote. I couldn't believe my eyes, that (1) It was that easy (2) the quote was more than fair. Would you believe me if I said that I only got one quote for my roof and didn't bother reaching out to anyone else. I was so blown away I just said let's go for it. Within 2 weeks my new beautiful roof was installed. I figured there's no way they could get it done in a day and I was absolutely wrong. The crew killed it ! Jeez those guys were masters of the trade. All I had to do was move some cars and show them an outlet they could hook up there equipment too. Im sad I had to go to work so I couldn't watch them go at it but when I got home I was absolutely shocked. The entire process was just unreal, honestly still haven't gotten over it. Roof was installed monday and ive already gave home crafters roofing information to my little brother and neighbors who also will be needing roofs in the near future. Seriously if you are looking for a one and done best company available look no further. I will continue giving out there information any chance I get or anytime I hear someone even mention needing a roof. Thank you, I've got nothing but kind words!
