We had our back roof re-shingled and a few plywood replaced. Plus 2 new vents installed. The service was excellent and the installers were very courteous. Also the service rep, Mike, was very professional and explained what needed to be done. We are very impressed with the work done and the quote I was given was exactly accurate. We experienced water damage due to heavy ice damming. We tried to work with the company that installed the roof several years ago but they were non responsive. We called JN they replied within the hour, had an estimator here the next day , dealt with the ice damming and installed superior vents to avoid future problems the day after that. We will definitely be working with JN for all our future roofing needs. They excel at customer service.

The office was very responsive with our questions and same with the guys working on the roof. Just powered through getting the roof done on a cold day.

We did a lot of research picking the company to do our roof and we are thankful we went with JN. They also have a high BBB rating.

The complete experience that we received from JN Roofing and Contracting was exceptional! They are the best roofing company that we have dealt with from start to finish.

It all started with Mike Jackson who walked us through the entire process from start to finish. We were impressed with his professionalism and politeness. Some people will forget what you say, some people will forget what you do but they will always remember how you made them feel and Mike made us feel comfortable and secure throughout the whole process!

When his crew arrived the day to fix our roof they completed the roof in one day. They got to work immediately and finished in the afternoon! They were also amazing people.

I highly recommend JN Roofing and Contracting you will not be disappointed!

Loved working with JN Roofing, I called 3 companies for quotes and JN was the only company who came out and walked me through the entire process start to finish, every product they would be using etc. which for someone who has never done a roof before, it was what I needed. We got our quote in September, booked it in March for September later that year (1 year after the original quote) and they honoured the original quote given. The office staff was very friendly in helping us with our questions and co-or donating a colour that was in-stock. Day of, we were told the roofers would arrive between 6:30-7, they got here promptly at 6:35 and got to work. The roofers at my house were very friendly and respectful of our house. They ensured everything was careful moved from around our house, or covered with plywood. They finished around 4 and spent easily an hour cleaning up the property, down to using a metal detector to pick up any nails they couldn’t see. I had picked them up a coffee traveller and some donuts, they very neatly piled the garbage together and left it beside our garbage bin. I would recommend them over everyone else.
