We had a leak coming from our roof over the weekend and reached out to Patterson Road. Steve responded promptly (same day) and personally came out to have a look and make the necessary repairs, despite having a full schedule and the terrible weather. He kindly took the time to talk through the repair (with photos) and condition of the roof with me, and addressed several other minor issues at no charge. We really appreciated the responsiveness and quality service. I will definitely contact Steve and team again for any future roofing work - highly recommend!

I was concerned that the ice storm in March had damaged my roof, so I called Steve Patterson who promptly responded and climbed up on my roof to have a good look. He assured me there had been no damage and all was well! I appreciated his honesty and thoroughness and would definitely recommend his company, and will use him for any roofing needs in the future. The quality of work is exceptional, and Steve made sure after completion to walk me through little adjustments they made given the underlining roof was 30 years old with its nuances.
I would recommend this crew for jobs small in large in the Barrie and Muskoka area. Great work, and professional services are harder to come by and its refreshing to see a team so damn good.
