His experience navigating the insurance claim process was invaluable. Jason made himself available for every inspection, documented many things that were being missed and supported our claim. His commitment to the project and communication with both us and our insurance made all the difference.
Brandon Richardson, our project manager, did an excellent job coordinating his crew on site. I couldn't believe how efficiently they were able to strip down the old shingles and install the new roof. Also did a great cleanup job after, I haven't found a single nail with my mower!

Roof was done with architectural shingles plus two turbines, typical suburban house for $16,000 with warranty about 4 months ago. We are pretty happy the results! Job was done in one day, with careful consideration with rain. We don’t have any issues with it, and we can request fixes should we find them (we haven’t) at any time within warranty.
Everyone from Pelican was friendly and helpful (Jason, Brandon, Leah). They’ll put the effort in to work with insurance and get proper coverage. If anything comes up, they’ll explain thoroughly with you.
