It's a horrible feeling to see a water spot appear on your ceiling after a bad storm and realize you have a leak somewhere -- and sometimes you can't find it. It feels like the clock is ticking until the next storm -- a leak can ruin your whole house! That's how I felt about it and suddenly had to disrupt my life to correct the situation as quickly as possible. I started talking to people, got some general advice, and collected three estimates.I decided on Premier South for a number of reasons. Other than excellent reviews and the clearly-explained and reasonable quote, it was the hand-nailed shingles and my interactions with the sales/assessor/rep (Andrew Brister) who met with me within 24 hours of the request and provided excellent advice that affected my decision. Andrew was clear about everything regarding the cost, process, and timing. He even provided excellent advice on shingle color and chimney cap design.Next, the actual work. First, my roof was replaced within 4 days of signing the contract. Next, and very important, the job was superbly managed. There was a crew of more than 20 people working in unison and they finished the job by 3:30 pm (started at ~7am) -- that's a roof of 55 square (plus tear-off and cleanup)! The project manager (John Visalli) was outstanding. We went through everything about the job and even went into my attic where John identified and fixed a whole slew of problems, including vent pipe issues and corrected things that were not to code. When they were done with the job, I not only felt like I had a solid roof, but that my house was a safer place.The end product was beautiful. The workmanship was excellent. And the yard (which you might imagine was quite the mess while tearing off the old shingles and 20+ guys working) looked like nothing had happened -- perfectly cleaned. Again, that comes down to excellent project management.Start to finish, this was an excellent experience -- the workmanship and the people. Thank you John Visalli, Andrew Brister, and Premier South! These guys (and the excellent workmanship) is why I have already passed their names onto to of my neighbors who are in the marked for a roof, and will advise others to go to Premier South when the opportunity arises.Highly recommended!Shane
Found out from our roof replacement earlier this year Premier South install team left the exhaust vent from our heater/blower unhooked.Only found out because our CO alarm was going off during this last cold snap.Extremely dangerous and disappointed in the low level quality of care and detail displayed here. Would never recommend them to anyone after seeing this.**UPDATE**The Premier South Roofing admin team was quick to reach out and send a crew to rectify. Due to the life threatening nature of the event, I am still leaving this review up but have moved their star up from 1 to 2 because of their responsiveness and willingness to rectify.
RJ and the Team at Premier South Roofing went above and beyond during the entire process of getting the roof on our home replaced. They were a huge help during the entire claims process. During the installation they also took extra measures to make sure we received the highest quality roof installed with the highest level of craftsmanship and skill. They treated our house as if it were their own. The clean up after was phenomenal as well. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof repair or replacement.

100% recommend this company for any roofing needs! I've never encountered a large group workers who seem to really LOVE what they do! My salesman, Blayne, made sure everything was going to be covered and was available pretty much 24/7 for any questions or other help he could give. Marcy scheduled the installation very quickly. Ricardo, the driver, was my translator with Javier, the on site leader, so my technical questions were clearly asked and answered. Isai, the supervisor, reached out to introduce himself and to let him know if I had questions or any concerns. The crew at my house, while we couldn't communicate by talking, made sure to let me know about safety while toting my dogs in and out for breaks. They were meticulous in their cleanup! Customer service is obvious the #1 priority for this company and their employees. Thank you!
