We appreciated Lionel, Michael and their team's responsiveness and attention to detail. Lionel patiently answered all our questions and explained the work that needed to be done. We received photos of the condition of the roof with our quote estimate. When we asked about details related to the chimney flashings and the dormers, Michael went for a second look before updating our quote estimate. We also received photos of the new roof after all the work had been completed. In the end, the roof did not require as much work to the flashing as had been estimated so Lionel adjusted our final bill to reflect the work that had been done.
