We would highly recommend Michael and the NW Precision Roofing team if anyone needs a new roof. Michael came out to do a free estimate and gave us an honest opinion on some issues we were having and we ultimately opted for a roof replacement. They got it done a day earlier than planned and were very clean and respectful of the space. Roof looks awesome!
We pretty much knew when we compared the estimates of 4 roofing contractors, that NW Precision was going to be our choice. Michael Cardenas was extremely detailed, and that proved by the end of the job, to be SPOT ON with his estimate. He thought of many things the others did not, spent more time and detail to the inspection, and communicated with us regularly with necessary updates, questions and any preferences. However, he was effective and efficient with his communication and not overly communicative (which I really appreciated since the pendulum swinging too far either way can be off-putting.) when we had any after thoughts prior and during the construction, he was quick to respond, professional and friendly. Michael’s work crew were professional, kind and operated with my safety and their own, in the forefront of their work. They cleaned up and organized their supplies that were needed for the next day at the end of each afternoon. No loud boom box playing while they worked or constant yelling out to each other, which was so appreciated since I and my THREE dogs were in the house the whole time.We got a great deal, a beautiful roof and a wonderful experience. Michael and his crew worked with integrity and we highly recommend you choose NW Precision as contractors.
It was perfect. They are very responsible and safety-conscious. They are also very professional, and they first inspect the roof inside and out for any damage, then take photos to show you. The whole process was very efficient and took only three days.
