I hired Ben and his boys to install new gutters on my deck roof. Then I had them repair some roofing that was done incorrectly by the framer who built the roof over the deck. Never have a framer do roofing unfortunate costly mistake on my part ??. Ben and his boy's did a great job on the gutters and repairing the roof. No more leaks now I can finish my deck project. We needed a new roof and gutters on our rental house and large, detached shop in Tillamook and Precision took care of it all! Nick thoroughly explained his estimate and answered all our questions, never trying to upsell us, even going so far as to tell us why the more expensive option might not be the best fit for us. He talked us through the pros and cons of replacing the metal roof on the shop versus switching to shingles and that conversation allowed us to make a well-informed decision. We were also reassured by Nick’s knowledge of specific techniques and products used in particularly windy locations like the coast. He really knows his stuff!Brooke (office manager extraordinaire) got us scheduled faster than we expected, and the guys had a new roof on both our buildings within a week! The crew was kind, respectful, and did a great job cleaning up. Our renters couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful they were!During the job, there were some unexpected surprises (disintegrating beams, rotten plywood, and damaged siding) that Nick promptly brought to our attention. Before we could ask what next steps were, he shared his plans for addressing the issues. He even took before and after photos to show us what was wrong and how they fixed it!Since Precision is based in Tigard, I was afraid the distance between there and our house in Tillamook would slow down the process or delay service, but that was not at all the case! After some water got in during a particularly nasty storm, Brooke sent someone out the very next day to troubleshoot and the guys fixed the issue, on the spot. Precision Roofing & Gutters cleaned my 30 year old concrete tile roof along with the gutters and did an outstanding job. The roof gets a yearly dose of fir needles and cones along with some small twigs. Also since it's shaded for two thirds of the year the moss loves to grow along the edges. Employee Chris was very detailed and thorough in removing every needle and speck of moss. I'm very happy with the work done and all communication before and during the cleaning. I would highly recommend them for cleaning your roof and gutters.
Precision fixed a gutter that had lowered down and was pouring water out of the gutter in heavy rain. Precision did a great job, worked quickly, and was careful not to mess up caulking around the downspout.Fixed the problem and cleaned up everything. Would definitely use again!
