This review is long overdue but this company is by far head and shoulders above their competition. Last year's hail and wind storm did considerable amount of damage to my roof, siding, gutters and downspouts. I lost count of the number of roofing contractors who called, rang the doorbell and made all kinds of promises then simply disappeared with zero follow up. I called Mark Vanbiber who had recently done roof projects for our church. How do you describe Mark? Professional, personable, expert, ethical,, honest, highest integrity. He patiently described what his company could do, answered questions and gave a detailed estimate. Everything was offered above board with absolutely zero pressure to sign a contract. I had no doubts he and his company would do everything as promised. He also had a reputable and trusting relationship with my insurance company because Mark identified a couple other areas missed by my insurance company and Mark was able to provide written documentation and pictures which were then totally approved by my carrier. He did a total roof replacement, all gutters and down spouts and replaced/repaired damage siding. On a rating of 1-10, I give then a 15. I simply can't say enough positive things about this company and they will be my go to contractor for any future needs.

Excellent experience throughout; Josh made the process easy. I needed services due to the hail that were fast, reliable and of good quality. You hear of so many horror stories about companies and adding in dealing with insurance I was anticipating the worst experience. On top of that, I not only needed a new roof but also windows, siding, painting, gutters & etc. I needed a company that could offer all that, handle insurance & complete the work quickly. Many companies were still backed up and quoting long wait times. Josh was spectacular throughout. Not only did he arrange, oversee, order, organize & complete everything needed but Josh was always available when texted and kept me informed throughout. He was calm and helpful when I would text him worried about or unsure of processes and steps. The office staff were also helpful. It was clear that the entire company worked together and communicated well so that the customer is always supported and the job complete without the issues seen elsewhere. I was initially worried because it is a newer company but Josh immediately made me feel at ease. I feel lucky I chose Hero out of all the companies in the area because I can't imagine a better experience.

I went through a few different roofers before I found hero. Kam and the team at hero stepped up and went over and above on my claim. They worked with my insurance to get everything done after a bad hail storm. The crews were always on time and hard workers. I really cannot say enough about the professionalism and care that they took to make sure everything went without a hitch. The house is beautiful as well. The siding and roof are a sight to see. Well done, and I recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and dependable company to perform their work.
