I sought after a very qualified roof inspector as I was experiencing multiple issues from a new roof of 4 yrs and then a new leak on a brand new roof done just a few weeks ago. I was recommended to search for NRCIA roof inspector as they ensure roofs are insurable and leak-free, going beyond basic contractor estimates for a new roof. (Only a few hold this certification in this state) Sam the owner holds this title and has helped us out with detailed info, quick responses and was extremely involved every step of this nightmare. He gave us a piece of mind and was in my corner when providing a detailed report and checklist for the roofing company to fix issues to code. He has remained professional with conversations with our roofing company owner we had to work with (warranty) and has ensured me plans and step by step process moving forward. He cares about his work, business, and clients as if he were working on his own home. I got to have great interactions with Claire, and Michelle checked on me multiple times on my issues/updates before I even hired them and they didn’t have to do that but shows how invested they are. Sam always got back to me within minutes or the hour and is full of knowledge and experience. VERY hard to find people in business you can trust and that go above and beyond the normal expectations and it’s priceless they are worth every penny!!! Thank you to all of you!
I had a really hard time getting someone to even look at my metal roof which had been damaged during a storm. Turns out the replacement parts I needed are no longer manufactured, but Roofworks Northwest was able to manufacture their own replacement in their metal shop and install it -- faster than most places were able to even return my calls. Thank you!
They were onsite first thing in the morning after I called the afternoon before when I discovered a leak in our roof. One of the things I most appreciated is the Roof Works team is great communicators. They take pictures, explain the issues clearly, and spell out the cost options with trade offs. Didn’t upsell, their solutions were right sized to the problem and they solved things permanently, not just temporarily. Will definitely be using them again if the need arises.
I had a new roof installed by another company, then my electrical post moved, after two years I was told my new roof was leaking by the good people at Roofworks. All the folks at Roofworks were amazing, repaired and sealed my roof! I wish there were more than 5.0 stars, they are great communicators and super easy to work with. I can 100% say these folks are the best.
I reached out to Roofworks for a roof decking solution. They pointed me to the right product, answered all my questions and even helped me identify potential roofing issue with the main roof that wasn't raised by another roofing company. They were prompt, very professional and respectful through my entire interaction with them . While I ended up working with another roofing company this time, I will definitely consider Roofworks for any future project.
