Gilmer and team started the job promptly, completed the it on time and did great work. They paid attention to detail, used quality material and cleaned up at the end of each day's work. Gilmer communicated professionally, without delays and provided the documentation (quotes, invoices) needed to talk to insurance.

Once work started, Gilmer's team worked exceptionally hard and fast while maintaining the highest degree of quality. Gilmer and his team were very responsive throughout the repair process and provided regular updates. I am very happy and impressed with the repairs. The last wind storm dropped a tree on my roof. I am working with my insurance company and got three quotes for them. Touchstone Roofing & Siding’s quote was spot on, however when Gilmer came over to inspect our roof I already knew we were going with Touchstone. Gilmer was sharp and immediately spotted details of the damage that the other contractors missed. He also noticed some issues I knew about, but had not fixed yet. He spent a good while inspecting our roof and took the time to point out all the issues and what we could expect from the repairs.
Gilmer also went out of his way to make detailed adjustments to the quote to satisfy our insurance company. He was always quick to answer calls, texts and emails and was very professional. Once approved by our insurance he worked with me to schedule his team as quickly as possible. His crew showed up on time and in half a day had our roof and gutter looking brand new.
If I ever need roofing, gutters, siding or other work I know who I will call.

Gilmer and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very prompt and responsive to all questions. When I got initial quotes for rotted siding all along my chimney, Gilmer was the only one who picked up on small details and other areas of concern. They were quick, professional, thorough and all around amazing to work with. They went above and beyond on repairs! I already have several future house projects I need to have completed and I’ll be using his team for all of them.
