AM-1 did an outstanding job replacing our roof. Jorge, Christian and their team were kind and professional. Within a week of receiving our quote, they were ready to install the new roof, and it took only a few days to complete. They were always available to answer our questions and were quick to address a couple of minor cosmetic issues we found once it was all done. If we ever had roofing needs in the future, they will be my first call.
Jorge and his team replaced the roof on our first home and did an excellent job. Jorge kept us updated on changes in schedule due to weather delays but still found a spot on the schedule for us to get the job completed earlier than expected. Everything that was quoted was spot on and the team did a great clean up job so that you couldn't even tell they had been there. Would recommend and if we ever have additional needs plan to work with them again.

The excellent experience we had with AM-1 to replace our 23-year-old roof last week prompts me to write this review. We sought several bids from local Bend roofers, and although they were competitive, we went with AM-1 for several reasons. I first noticed this company as they replaced our next-door neighbor's roof a few years ago. The result is beautiful. From the time Jorge gave us the bid in his no-nonsense, professional approach, to the time the last worker left our property, every aspect of the service was flawless.The team arrived on time, on the day scheduled, and for the next 2 ½ days, the process went exactly as Jorge said it would. The workers arrived promptly each morning, were as quiet as possible, and left our property clean every evening. When the work was complete, the team walked around our home and picked up any missed debris. Having a 27 year old roof on my house, I've had probably 15 different companies come to my door to try and sell me a roof (offering a "free measurement and quote", which seemed to always turn into a 2-3 hour long high-intensity sales pitch). I had to get a "no soliciting" sign just to avoid these aweful encounters.I had a friend use AM-1 and he recommended them. I called and Jorge had a quote for me within a few hours. He didn't need to sell me on anything or spend 2 hours telling me about how his company was founded, or call his "manager" to see if they had any "overstock supply" he could offer at a discounted rate if I signed right away. He just stopped by the house, didn't even need to talk with me in person, and sent me a quote over email. All of the colors are the same cost, and he was super quick to respond and answer my follow-up questions.While I was expecting to wait 3-4 weeks for an opening, Jorge had an unexpected opening the following day. Seeing as this was the best deal I found (I did get quotes from 2 other roofers), I jumped on the opportunity. The next day, his team had my entire roof replaced in around 8 hours.And if you have a 27 year old roof like I did, and need a reason -- you're home insurance is probably quite a bit more expensive than it would be with a new roof. Mine dropped by about $900/yr.I went with the Moire Black color in the cheapest shingle option offered, plus the 4-star enhanced warranty. For reference, total cost for my home (~1300 sq ft) was a little under $11K, whereas a lot of other roofers were between $15K - 20K.Jorge is the man :)
