We were very impressed with the service that we received. For starters Brian Kemp showed us kindness by sending our dogs calming treats and customized a thank you note with our dog's names on it. The crew that worked on our house were amazing. They aim to please. The billing and scheduling through Abbey was painless and very courteous. Quinton came out and made sure we were satisfied before the deal was sealed. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Bliss roofing!

The Bliss team did a fantastic job! Brian was very thorough in his presentation of the various types of materials they use and also the problem area's of our roof that would need to be addressed. When the workers showed up (bright and early) they went right to work and had the whole job completed in 6 1/2 hours! The cleanup was also very good. Quinton showed up a few days after the job and did a walk-through to verify all was good and to ask if we had any questions or concerns. Very impressed with the company and love the new roof!

We had a great experience with Bliss Roofing from the beginning. Brian did our inspection. He was very thorough and straightforward about the condition of our roof. We needed a replacement, and he presented several solutions. We settled on the right one for us and they got us on the schedule right away. Quinton came by for the pre-inspection the next day and he told us exactly what to expect during the roof installation. They were able to get us in the following day for the install, and the team came by ready to go at 7 AM. The installation went smooth and relatively fast. They were meticulous about cleanup and left everything just as they found it. Overall, a great roofing experience. We would recommend Bliss Roofing to anybody. Thanks for a great job!

Great company , I had a full roof replacement after my quote from Ryan Lahey (roof inspector) they showed up 3 days later with a 15 man crew and had my roof completely finished that day . These guys are no joke , they do a thorough inspection and quote and will have you a new roof , repair or whatever done in a very timely manner . Very good and kind team of roofing specialists who will make you feel like it matters . They know roofs and know how to treat their customer . They use quality materials for the jobs they do and you will get quality labor . They back their work with a generous warranty as well . And I don't want to forget Quinton , the project manager . Again very nice guy and covered everything with me over the phone on the final process . And like Ryan he showed up right on time and took care of his part of the project and handled the payment process that we had settled on with the quote . In my opinion , this roofing company is as reputable as anyone can find here in Oregon . Just a good bunch of people who care about their customer's satisfaction . I would recommend Bliss Roofing Company to anyone !

I am really happy with the quality of the work and they had a huge crew that were able to get my whole 1900 square-foot house done in under six hours. The only reason why I’m giving them four stars instead of five is that they left a big mess in my garage from cutting out a piece of the roof to allow for more ventilation. There are shards of wood and sawdust all over everything. I didn’t notice the mess until after they left from doing their quality inspection of the roof. When I brought it to their attention, they said that’s normal and did not offer to take care of the mess.
