Update: We had another roofer come out and they confirmed that CH Roofing used temporary tape to "fix"/patch our roof. It wasn't even a professionally done patch like the emergency patch work we had done elsewhere in December. Absolutely unprofessional, AMATEUR work. No wonder it failed in less than 6 months.I don't want to be here writing this review, but the lack of customer service and extremely poor workmanship needs to be addressed. They came out to make a repair in September - less than 6 months ago. The same spot is already leaking again. Despite repeated calls and texts and being literally 1000 yards from our home working on another job, they refuse to come inspect their own work and make a repair stating that they "don't have any openings" and trying to send us to find another roofer. In spite of the invoice saying that the work is under warranty, they're now claiming that warranty only applies to new installations and not to repairs. Be aware that 1) their repair work won't even last a year and 2) their warranty language as written is vague enough to be misleading. Incredibly disappointing experience all around. We'll be sure to also let our realtors know so they remove you from their service provider list.
Chris & Paden were a pleasure to work with. The bid was middle-of-the-road, just like I was looking for, but the quality of their work, attitudes, & reliability was top notch. They took care of some things that I didn't even know we needed & kept me informed every step of the way. I had ice dam damage that was a nightmare. Not only did they repair the already existing damage, but when they redid that area of the roof they made it so that wouldn't be a problem any longer. This was because of shoddy work the previous owners had done. I was never charged for anything I hadn't approved beforehand. They left my home & yard so clean you would never know they had been there. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

From start to finish, they were prompt, communicative, and reliable — they showed up when they said they would, worked hard every single day, and delivered an outstanding metal roof that we’re absolutely thrilled with.They handled every obstacle with grace, were super chill around our dogs, and made the whole process easy. Their quote was the lowest we received and they stuck to it without cutting corners. Yes, we would hire Chris and Paden of CH Roofing and Construction for any roofing project. We were home owners set to do our own roof, several days into tearing off our roof Paden stopped by and provided very helpful advice. After a few hours of his time we switched course and hired them to roof. We were very impressed with their skills and craftsmanship, not to mention their commitment to our project. They arrived on time and were very professional, and hardworking. We highly recommend this company.
I had a garage fire in June. So my job was a little more complicated than most. Chris and Paden had to work around and with the insulators, HVAC company, and my homeowners insurance. They were extremely flexible and happy to assist where they were needed to get the job done. They were awesome to communicate and coordinate with and kept me in the loop on the day to day progress.
