William's Berkeley Roof Repair

The roofing team did a great job inspecting my roof for replacement and clearly explaining the recommended work and next steps. They stayed involved through the whole process, helped with the paperwork, and made sure I understood the scope, materials, and timeline. The crew finished ahead of schedule, which was a big plus. When part of my gutter system was damaged, Robert came out to check the site and had the repair handled within hours. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and well organized. Their customer service went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend them for roofing and gutter work.

When our seven skylights started leaking, we contacted John for roofing help. From the start, he was quick to respond, hands-on, and fully focused on making sure the roof and skylight repairs went smoothly. As more flashing and roof repair needs came up, and a few material delivery delays happened, he and his crew adjusted the work plan and schedule to keep the project moving. They put in extra effort to make sure everything was sealed properly and completed the right way. During the whole job, John showed real care for our needs, was friendly, and stayed professional. The pricing was fair, customer-friendly, and a great value for the quality of the roofing work. We are very happy with the service and highly recommend them for skylight and roof repair.

Look no further. This roofing crew was outstanding. They replaced several roofs for us in Berkeley, including the main house roof, the attached family room roof, the attached two car garage roof, and the separate garage roof in back, so it was a very large roofing project. They did such a great job that I felt they deserved a detailed review. From the first call for an estimate, John provided excellent customer service. Even though the office was very busy, he took plenty of time to go over our questions about materials, scheduling, and the roofing process, and he returned our calls quickly. He made the whole experience easy and stress free. We were told the crew would arrive at 8 a.m., and they were right on time. The tarps were set up carefully to protect the property, and the roofers got to work immediately. The whole team was organized, professional, friendly, and very efficient. Everyone had a clear role, and it was easy to see they worked together like an experienced roofing crew. Nolan stayed involved throughout the project and made sure everything was completed the right way. He was helpful, easy to talk to, and very accommodating whenever we had questions. The crew also had to remove two large cupolas from the garage roofs so they could shingle underneath, and they handled that part of the job very well before reinstalling everything properly. The cleanup was meticulous, which really stood out on a project of this size. By the end, the property looked neat and the new roofs looked excellent. The whole job was finished the same day, the workmanship was impressive, and the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend this roofing company for anyone in Berkeley who needs reliable roof replacement work done right.

Braden at William's Berkeley Roof Repair was fantastic to work with. He was always available to answer our questions and made sure we understood each step of the process. Braden was very knowledgeable about roofing, and we never felt pressured at any point. We needed a full roof replacement since our old roof was losing shingles during strong winds. Braden and his crew completed the entire replacement in just one day. They worked efficiently and left everything spotless, even using magnets to pick up any stray nails. They installed high-quality shingles with great protection against moss and algae, which is important in our sunny California climate. Our house looks so much better now, and we feel confident knowing our roof will stand up to the weather. I also appreciate that they handle both roof repairs and full replacements, which makes things easier for homeowners. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.
