Tired of people I didn't know leaving their cards on my door regarding my roof, I saw one of Jeff Brewer's trucks and called a contractor of my choice. Jeff returned my call, was very personable, and came to my home to give me an estimate the next day. He explained the different types of materials that the job would require and walked me through all the moving parts of replacing the roof.His work crew arrived when he said they would and the job was completed in one day. They protected my grass, flower beds and windows prior to removing the shingles. After completing my roof, the crew picked up all the roofing debris, including nails, and left my property as they found it. I am very pleased with the professionalism and service provided by Jeff Brewer and his crew. I highly recommended him for roofing and construction needs.
Of all the contractors I've worked with on my renovation project, Brewer was the friendliest and most accommodating. I worked with their representative, Stephen, and his communication, timeliness, and professionalism were very impressive. When complications arose during our roof install, Brewer demonstrated their commitment to our satisfaction by going above and beyond the agreed scope of work. I appreciated their thorough cleanup and magnet sweep to collect stray nails; they left the yard spotless. They even came back to touch up some extra details for me free of charge. If you usually find working with contractors to be stressful and frustrating, I would recommend going with Brewer for a stress-free experience.
Very pleased with our experience. Brewer worked with our insurance company and made the process seamless from start to finish. We have a steep roof with lots of angles. Their pros did incredible, diligent work and left the driveway and yard nice and clean when they were done. Thankful to have found Brewer!
Brewer Roofing and Construction came in at the budget we were looking for and did an amazing job. We feel like we're in a brand new home. Stephen and Hector listened to everything we wanted, made suggestions, and came through with an unbelievable home remodel. We had major reconstruction in the kitchen and both bathrooms; our ceiling was scraped and made smooth; complete flooring throughout as well as paint; and the outside received a face lift with vinyl siding. We were given a 4 week time frame to completion. Hector and his crew had it done in 17 days!!! I do not have adequate words for the men that worked on our home. They were kind, professional, and went above and beyond in the little details. If you need work done, I highly recommend Brewer!!!
