We were looking for a roof replacement and reached out to several companies, but after speaking with their representative, Jon, we decided to meet up with him at our home. He came when if was convenient for me, as I work long hours. He met me at my home on a Wednesday night. He brought all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. And when I had trouble picking out a shingle color, he brought by samples to put on my roof when the sun was shining so that I knew exactly what I wanted. The little things he was willing to do to make me confident in my decision were priceless. When I changed my mind a few times, he said "just call me when you can and I will get back to you" which he did every time. It is people like Jon who make the customer feel like they are getting a quality product at an affordable price. Their company offers financing which is helpful. We scheduled the day for a Monday. Jon called to let me know that the materials would be at my home on Friday and he instructed the delivery guys where to put the pallets of shingles, etc. He, also, told us to have our vehicles out of the driveway on that Monday morning because the crew would be there to work at 645am and he was right . They worked for several hours. After they got close to finishing, Jon appeared on the roof to check their work and he made sure everything was just right. We chose the best company and they sent the best representative to work with us through the entire process! One last thing, the night Jon came by to talk with us, he climbed up into our attic to check the roofing deck. He said we would need a couple of pieces of plywood replaced at the time of installation. I couldn't believe he just went up in the attic and stayed for some time before giving me the news. When we first made contact about the roof of the church, we set up an appointment at the church for an estimate. Jon Morris of Cardinal Roofing came out and completed a thorough inspection by not just looking at the roof from the ground but by inspecting while on the roof. After that he asked me to let him know when the insurance adjusters would come by to do their inspection and that he would be there to represent me and the church. I let him know what time to be there and he was there. He got on top of the roof with the adjusters to make sure they didn’t miss anything and we were in constant communication by phone after that. After the assessment by the insurance company Jon Morris of Cardinal Roofing gave me three estimates to choose from that was within the church’s budget. Once the we chose the estimate and type of shingles they started working within a few days. Upon completion the work exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Jon Morris and Cardinal Roofing. Free roof inspection, first with drone, then actually going up onto the roof and taking close up photos for submission of proof of damage to insurance company. Brent was willing to go up onto the roof at a second visit to satisfy the requirements of my insurance company. Instead of them only approving half my roof (crazy), they approved the whole thing with Brent’s kind, knowledgeable and patient help. Of course their knowledge of the date of the storm helped! They helped submit my claim, with previous experience in the insurance industry. They also helped recommend the color and durability of the shingles. I feel like with their help I got lucky with insurance, so I was able to choose the best quality of shingles, which will last longer. Without their help, I would have been stuck with the most basic shingles because I would have been paying a lot out of my own pocket. This way, I only had to pay for the upgrades to make my roof up to code, and for the nicer shingles. I really like the color we chose. The crew worked very quickly.

Their representative, Jon Morris was very pleasant and helpful and went out of his way to explain the issues I had and the options for addressing them. I decided to get a new roof instead of just doing repairs and the whole process was simple and efficient. The crew was fast and worked very hard, finishing the job quicker than I expected. They were very conscientious about cleaning up afterwards and my roof looks great. John and Roy did a great job cleaning our roof and gutters. They were very thorough and made sure to blow off the porch, deck and any areas where debris fell during the cleaning. Everything was left clean and looking great when they finished. Professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
