One Call put on my roof. There are some problems that need to be fixed that are under warranty. I've been calling them for over a month. They do not return calls. Found from a mutual friend they are going bankrupt- not paying workers or employees and not servicing their customers. They will take your money but leave you empty handed. BEWARE.
One Call was great to work with! They promptly scheduled a quote meeting and then subsequent required work for the following week. The work was done well, pricing fair, and they didn't try to upsell. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest roofing contractor that isn’t just going to try to sell you a new roof.
One Call first replaced a chimney cap that had eroded and was allowing wasps into my house! They did such a good job, I called them to inspect and repair some siding and trim damage along the roofline of my house. The trim and siding was improperly installed following a roofing job about 8 years ago which resulted in some rotting. Steve and his guys are super nice, very punctual and do fantastic work! I highly recommend One Call!
I used One Call Roofing on two separate occasions. Each time they were courteous, professional, and took the work I needed done seriously.Both times I had to have fairly small repairs done. I was told by my insurance that any roofing company worth their salt would take care of the work I needed done and to be careful for anyone who said I needed a whole roof replacement. They warned me that a lot of companies wouldn’t want to bother with a job as small as what I needed. One Call Roofing didn’t have a problem with it at all.They were responsive and gave a fair price. Communication with them was easy. Their dispatch team was very helpful.I would definitely use them a third time and recommend them to anyone who needs a roofing job done.
One Call Roofing was professional and courteous from beginning to end on my chimney repair project. They showed up when they said they would and made sure the repair was done the right way. I'll definitely use them again!
